Our seller policies shall be interpreted in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We may update our seller policies from time to time and recommend you check the date of publication. This version is effective from the date of publication 9th December 2013.
These policies do not affect any statutory rights you may have (such as consumer rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
TERMS OF SALE
A contract for the sale of listed goods shall arise when the customer, (i.e. the person or persons purchasing the goods), has paid the agreed purchase price and any additional agreed charges in full, and the customer’s full payment has cleared. In ordering and paying for the goods the customer expressly agrees to our seller policies.
You warrant and represent to us that you are at least 13 years of age, that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to our seller policies.
For any goods listed for sale that do not offer the Buy Now "PayPal click here to buy" payment option their availability, agreed purchase price, any agreed additional charges, payment method and delivery or collection arrangements must first be confirmed by us to you using email before making any payment. We reserve the right to withdraw from proceeding with the sale of any goods if your full payment is not received within 3 working days from the date of our email.
The prices shown for goods all include value added taxes (where applicable).
Payments may be made to us securely via PayPal using your credit or debit card, bank account or direct from your PayPal account if you have one. We also accept internet banking payment transfers and cash on collection of goods. We only accept payment in Pounds Sterling.
All our goods offered for sale are described and photographed in good faith and to the best of our ability and knowledge. It is important to note that as many of the goods offered are in vintage condition they may show signs of wear etc. Please ask us any queries you may have about the goods you are interested in purchasing.
Any goods will be scheduled for delivery to the customer’s nominated UK based address, only when the customer’s full payment has cleared, including any agreed delivery (e.g. postage and packing) charges. We would be pleased to gift wrap goods on request.
The prices for our standard delivery within the UK (estimated number of days: 3-5) and fast delivery within the UK (estimated number of days: 1-3) options are shown for the goods offered for sale. On request we will consider other delivery arrangements and also quote delivery charges for multiple goods purchases based on their total weight and packing requirements. You may also request to arrange collection of goods from us.
We will always make an effort to have your goods delivered in accordance with any agreed shipping arrangements but will not be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control such as shipping company delays or related issues.
We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
We will email to notify you when we have dispatched the goods, which will be within 1 to 2 business days after the customer's full payment has cleared.
You agree to make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
We would be pleased to consider requests for international delivery, on the understanding the buyer shall be responsible for payment of any applicable import duty and taxes. Normally we dispatch goods using Royal Mail Airsure delivery which includes online tracking from point of dispatch to delivery.
We want you to be fully happy and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please email as soon as possible but no later than 7 working days after you receive the goods giving your reasons for wishing to return the goods. We will then agree arrangements by email for any return of the goods, which must be made within 7 working days from the date of our email. The goods’ purchase price will be refunded within 30 days of us receiving the goods using the payment option used when purchasing the goods. We will only reimburse you the postage cost of returning the goods if we have grossly misrepresented the goods.
Goods should be returned in their original packing where possible and you must exercise reasonable care in ensuring we receive the returned goods so they are not damaged in transit. You should either use recorded delivery or obtain proof of posting, as goods which go missing on return will not be refunded.
