UK delivery only

Delivery of items under £20 is standard 2nd class Royal Mail unless stated. Small parcel - £3.50 Medium parcel £5.50. Over £20 will be signed for delivery.

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Please message beforehand if you are in a rush.

Sizes are approximate due to the uneven shaping of items. Please ask should you require any additional information.

Packaging will, where possible, be recycled. If ordering for a gift please let me know when placing the order and I will endeavour to wrap with such in mind.

Due to Covid-19 post is once/twice a week dependent on orders. Due to this, and the higher demand for postal services, please be prepared for a longer delivery period than normal.

Although I try my best to capture the true colour of items there is the possibility of slight differences due to light and monitor display variations.

As items listed are vintage it is likely that they have some wear - I will try to list details as specifically as possible but please be aware that small defects are expected due to the age of my products.

I will state where I believe items are not suitable for the original use but it is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine the safety of items when using (especially for food and drink preparation, serving or storage).

I don't generally accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. However, please contact me as soon as you are able if there's a problem with your order.

If your order arrives damaged please ensure you take photographs of the packaging and damaged item in your message to let me know. This will not only inform me but also allow me to pursue/issue a refund/claim as appropriate.
